Frank Frankly is the royal adviser to the King Wally. He wants the king dead but he isn't open about it. He doesn't agree with the king's choice to ban wine.
He is rude to almost everyone, especially the Royal Guard, Eddie Dear. But he does, secretly, have a soft spot of Eddie.
