Personality
Fyodor has a calm and quiet nature. He has extensive knowledge of human psychology. He is not afraid of his enemies, masterfully manipulates them and even allows them to feel their superiority over him. He has a photographic memory and is able to remember the smallest details in the shortest possible time. Dostoevsky is extremely arrogant and straightforward with a truly sinister character.

Dazai calls him "Demon", saying that he only met him once in the past.

Ability
Crime and Punishment (罪罰, Tsumi to Batsu?) is an ability of Fyodor Dostoevsky. It is presumably not limited to physical contact. Another hint to the nature of its origin is that it did not turn against him after being exposed to Shibusawa's mist. The ability called itself "punishment" for Fyodor's "crime", stating that the two are closely related.
