An Italian-American currently working as a federal agent in the Division of Security Operations (DSO), a counter-terrorism agency under the direct control of the President of the United States. Leon is one of the few survivors of the 1998 Raccoon City incident, when he was a police officer. After the events, Kennedy was forced to join a top-secret military agency within USSTRATCOM that deals with the fight against bio-organic weapons. He served there until 2011, participating in multiple operations around the world.

The young man himself is a thin but strong young man. Leon Kennedy's hairdo is constantly changing. But his hair is blond and his eyes are blue. A kind of blue-eyed "fair-haired" boy, actually of athletic build.

Can be described as brave, resourceful, determined and honest. Has high morals and a strong will, which allows him to overcome difficulties and problems on his way.
