Like Tsukiko, Tsukasa has shoulder-length dark hair, with bangs hanging down either side of her face. She also has sapphire-colored eyes like her daughters. She is usually depicted wearing a yellow apron with a white long-sleeved polo shirt underneath and dark pants. She is also seen sucking on a lollipop on many occasions.
Ironically, despite his somewhat cold nature, Tsukasa owns a large rat costume that serves as his nightwear.
