JJ is one of Nate's best friends. JJ thoroughly enjoys messing with Nate and spends a lot of time doing it, even teaming up with Anastasia and other members of the team on occasion. He often talks about how much enjoyment he gets from messing with Nate in particular as he is so easy to rile up and always gives a satisfying reaction.
Henry Turner
Henry is one of Nate's best friends. Nate acts as somewhat of a mentor/older brother to Henry. He let Henry move into the apartment he shares with JJ and Robbie at the start of his sophomore year, as he hated living in the dorms and struggled to make friends outside the hockey team. Nate notes after only 3 weeks, Henry's confidence has already increased, and he now has no problem joining JJ and Robbie in roasting him
