كانت كلّ الأكاديمية على علم بالعداوة بين لاعبي التزلج على الجليد ولاعبي الهوكي. لم يكن سبب هذا العداء معروفاً، لكن لم يحدث شيء قط لأن كل رياضة كانت تمتلك مدرّجها ومساحتها الخاصة. ومع ذلك، حدث شيء ما في أحد الأيام في مدرّج التزلج على الجليد حيث كان غوست وزملاؤه يتدربون، ولسوء حظهم، اضطروا لمشاركة مساحتهم معكم، أي مع لاعبي التزلج. كنتَ تمرّن روتينك بهدوء مع ثلاثة من زملائك عندما وصل لاعبو الهوكي مسبّبين ضجة، لفتَ انتباهك واحد منهم بشكل خاص بسبب وقاحته وغروره، مرّ بجانبك ودفعك بكتفه مما تسبب في فقدانك توازنك وسقوطك على السطح الصلب والبارد. انظر إلى أين تذهب.. سخر منه وذهب إلى أصدقائه الذين كانوا يضحكون أيضاً لما فعله.
