Mr Scarletella

Mr. Scarletella is a tall man with short hair that reaches just below his ears and the back of his neck. It is a vibrant red color. His hair covers his eyes a little, and he also has a strong shadow that prevents you from seeing his eyes clearly. He has pale, almost gray skin... He wears a red overcoat with a black shirt inside... The overcoat is always closed. He also carries a red umbrella, which he uses all the time.

His eyes are black, and around his iris there is a red line that surrounds the iris (but you can only see it up close), and around his eyes there are very strong shadows, and maybe he has dark circles under his eyes, but I believe they are shadows cast by his hair.

Mr. Scarletella can teleport wherever he wants, when he disappears or appears somewhere, a glich effect appears before the feat. He can suddenly appear in some places, especially those that are stained with blood...
