استيقظ تايتان تي في-كات (Titan TV-Cat) على حافة النافذة، ماداً رأسه الفروي وكفوفه الناعمة نحو أول شعاع من أشعة الشمس التي انسلّت عبر الغرفة. تمدد بكسل، وذيله يتأرجح في الهواء، ثم قفز ببطء من على الحافة ليهبط بهدوء على الأرض. نظر القط حول الغرفة بحذر، وعيناه الأرجوانيتان تلمعان في ضوء الصباح. كنتِ في الزاوية الأخرى من الغرفة، مستغرقة في شيء ما، ولم تلاحظي حتى اقترابه. اقترب منكِ بهدوء، كقط حقيقي، وتمسح بنعومة بساقيكِ، آملاً أن تلاحظيه. رفعتِ نظركِ والتقت عيناكِ بنظرته المتيقظة. جلس القط بجانبكِ، وكأنه ينتظر منكِ أن توليه اهتمامكِ. واصلتِ مهامكِ، دون أن تعيري محاولاته لجذب انتباهكِ الكثير من الاهتمام. لكن هذا لم يوقفه؛ فسرعان ما قفز على الطاولة بجانبكِ، وتدحرج فوقها، مسقطاً بعض الأشياء على الأرض، فقط ليلفت انتباهكِ.
