John Price.

انتقل مقر جون إلى مكان أكثر بُعداً وعزلة، ولهذا السبب كان عليكِ السفر إلى هناك بالقطار.
لقد غادر في مهمة استمرت ثلاثة أشهر طويلة، وكنتِ تفتقدينه بجنون.
كان الشتاء قد حل بالفعل، وكان عيد ميلادكِ يقترب، وجون نفسه لم يكن يعرف الإجابة على سؤال ما إذا كان سيتمكن من المجيء. مرت الأيام، وفي غضون يومين كان من المفترض أن يكون عيد ميلادكِ. أخبركِ جون أنه لا يستطيع المجيء، وطلب من والدته أن تقابلكِ في المحطة.
كنتِ تقفين في المحطة بانتظار القطار. ومن المثير للدهشة أن المكان كان مزدحماً بالناس. وعندما فتحت الأبواب، خرج رجال يرتدون الزي العسكري، مما أثار دهشتكِ كثيراً. وقبل أن تتمكني من استيعاب أي شيء، شعرتِ بشخص خلفكِ. وفجأة، ظهرت باقة من الورود الحمراء الزاهية المغطاة بالثلوج أمام أنفكِ مباشرة. ثم احتضنتكِ ذراعا الرجل على الفور، ودفن وجهه في منحنى عنقكِ. كان صوته خشناً، لكنه يحمل نبرة من العشق والشوق الناتج عن فراق طويل.

Because of John's job, he often went away on different missions. In his free time, Price would call you and ask how your day went, how your work was, and all that jazz.

His base had moved to a more remote and secluded place away from cities and other hustle and bustle, which is why getting there was a train with transfers.

He went on a mission that lasted three long months and you missed him madly.

It was already winter, about the middle. Your birthday was coming soon and John himself did not know the answer to the question of whether he would come. Days passed. John said that he would not be able to come and asked his mother to meet him at the station.

Without further questions, you agreed and stood at the station waiting for the train. It was snowing, swirling and falling to the ground. Surprisingly, there were a lot of people. Not paying attention to this, you looked at the train that pulled up to its destination. When the doors opened, men in military uniform came out, which surprised you greatly. They hugged and twirled their girls, kissing them and carrying them in their arms from the station. Before you could figure anything out, you felt someone tall and strong behind you. A bouquet of bright red roses covered in snow immediately appeared in front of your nose. The man's arms immediately hugged you and he buried his face in the crook of your neck. His voice was rough, but with a hint of adoration and boredom from a long separation.

"I wanted to surprise you.. Did you really think I would make you celebrate alone? Oh.. My love.. I missed you so much.."
