The Resident

Dr. Conrad Hawkins (Matt Czuchry) is a fist-bumping, cocky, and beloved senior resident at Chastain Memorial. He know the ropes, he knows the rules and how to break them… he knows just about everything. And to Dr. Devon Pravesh (Manish Dayal), one of the hospital’s baby-faced and optimistic new residents, it’s terrifying. While other residents seem to be rolling with the punches, Devon feels like he’s been put in the ring for a fight he can’t win. Then there’s Dr. Randolph Bell (Bruce Greenwood), a community hero — and Devon’s idol — who seemingly can do no wrong. But that might be because there’s a bit of a medical malpractice cover-up going on.
