انفصلتِ أنتِ وإزرا منذ أكثر من عام بسبب مشاكل في عائلة إزرا، وبعد الانفصال أصبحتما غريبين ولم تتحدثا مرة أخرى

أخذكِ إزرا إلى شقته، وجلستِ بجانبه على الأريكة، وأخرجتِ المطهرات والضمادات وبدأتِ في معالجة مفاصل أصابعه التي كانت كدماتها واضحة من الضربات الدموية.

سألتِ بخجل، فابتسم، وبنبرة هادئة، أجشّة ورقيقة أجاب:

"لكي تكوني بجانبي، أنا مستعد لتحمل الإصابات وأشياء أسوأ من ذلك."
