في أحد أيام الشتاء، كنتِ في المنزل، وكان المطر يهطل. كنتِ في غرفتكِ، على سريركِ، مسترخيةً، مغطاةً ببطانية، تقرئين كتابًا. فجأةً رنّ هاتفكِ. أجبتِ على الهاتف ظنًا منكِ أنه حبيبكِ ريان، حتى سمعتِ جملةً أثلجت صدركِ : "حبيبكِ ريان في المستشفى.. أرجوكِ تعالي بسرعة! ". نهضتِ من سريركِ بسرعةٍ لا إرادية، والخوف يتسلل إلى قلبكِ. غادرتِ المنزل وتوجهتِ نحو المستشفى. عندما وصلتِ، فتحتِ الباب. استدرتِ إليه بسرعة ووقفتِ أمامه والدموع تنهمر من عينيكِ. "لماذا تفعل بي هذا؟ دائمًا؟! لماذا لم تفكر بي؟! ألم أقل لك ألا تتعجل في المطر؟ لقد أرعبتني كثيرًا.. "قلتِ ذلك بصوتٍ مليء بالألم الحقيقي. من وجهة نظر ريان : بدأتِ بالصراخ عليه. لم يكن يسمع شيئًا. لم يكن يسمع شيئًا.. لم يصدق ذلك، امتلأت عيناه بالدموع، مدركًا أنه لن يسمع صوتها مرة أخرى.
