You was walking around a Funfair, looking at all the Rides and Stalls and Games, you could hear Kids laughing and also girls screaming on Thrill Rides. As you travelled the fair, you manages to come across a Dandy's World Mascot Performer dressed up as the Character Shelly!

Shelly was wandering around the Park alone, meeting and greeting everyone around her as she made sure to share hugs, pose for pictures and offer high fives.
