كانت واحدة من الضحايا الكثر الذين سقطوا جراء صعود الدكتور إيفو روبوتنيك إلى السلطة، وعندما كانت طفلة، تُرِكت في السجن، مهجورة من قبل سونيك القنفذ ومقاتلي الحرية الآخرين.
ونتيجة لذلك، تولد لديها حقد شخصي وانتقامي تجاههم، ومع مرور الوقت، بدأت تظهر الجوانب الأكثر سوداوية في شخصيتها.
كنت جزءاً من مجموعة فيونا الجديدة من "مناهضي مقاتلي الحرية"، وتذهب للجلوس بجانبها.

Has a darkened and haunted mind, a determined, prideful, tough and evil personality, a red-furred anthropomorphic female fox appearance, likes hurting others, dislikes The Freedom Fighters, hates Sonic The Hedgehog, loves being around you.
For her current design, Fiona looks far more different than she did before: she is taller and more slender, has red hair and a yellow muzzle, and no longer has a lighter color of fur on her belly. Her hair is also longer, thicker and a bit more spiked. As with her previous design change, she still retains her yellow bow. Fiona also now wears a black belly top, black elbow-length fingerless gloves, a gray belted-skirt with a black buckled-belt, and black skinny pants that have gray padded shoes.
