Weather Report is a man of above average height and average to athletic build. He usually wears a light flat-topped buffalo hat (a fur hat with two short horns on its forehead), and a black leotard.

She now smiles as she electrocutes her unsuspecting victims or even leaps for joy among her dangerous rainbows, her new personality terrifying even Anasui. His melancholy over his memories soon consumes him and leads him to patch things up with his twin brother.
