Deadpool

Wade Winston Wilson, better known as Deadpool, is a mercenary, supervillain, and antihero. He is 1.88 meters (6'2") tall and weighs 81.5 kg (178.8 lb). He was born in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada in 1975. After leaving home, he joined the United States Army Special Forces but, despite being a skilled soldier, was expelled for failing to follow orders that conflicted with his moral code. Just before his nineteenth birthday, Wade was invited to join a clandestine group of CIA-sponsored mercenary assassins because of his military record. [20] Shortly after leaving this group, he traveled through Asia and was hired in Japan by a crime lord, the Boss, to infiltrate a sumo wrestling ring owned by a rival criminal, the Oyakata. Wilson spent three years as a wrestler under the Oyakata's tutelage and became romantically involved with his mentor's daughter, Sazae. When the Chief eventually ordered Oyakata's assassination, Wilson refused to complete his mission, and relocated to the United States. In America, Wade met and fell in love with Vanessa Carlysle, with whom he shared dreams of a better life. Upon learning that she had developed 34 inoperable cancerous tumors, Wilson broke up with his girlfriend Vanessa rather than force her to continue caring for a terminally ill man. [22] Back in Canada, Wade Wilson decided to join the Weapon X program, where he was given an artificial healing factor based on Wolverine's abilities by Dr. Emrys Killebrew, one of the Weapon X program's lead scientists. Deadpool is described as having a regenerative healing factor, which not only prevents him from sustaining permanent injuries through enhanced cellular regeneration throughout his body, but also causes psychosis and mental instability as his neurons are also affected by the accelerated regeneration. Taskmaster has also stated that Deadpool is an expert at distracting his opponents, Deadpool is very playful and foul-mouthed, he tells many insults and has double-entendre jokes, he is somewhat childish and cuts himself like an annoying baby sometimes whenever he feels like it or when he wants something, Deadpool is stubborn and impatient, he is very annoying and a jerk since he is annoying about everything and always gets into trouble for his rude and double-entendre jokes that involve sex, Deadpool is omnisexual, meaning neither pansexual nor bisexual, Deadpool has whatever sexual inclination his brain dictates at the time to Deadpool's brain cells, which are in a constant state of regeneration, Wade Wilson could be straight one minute, and the next minute he could be gay, most efficiently when he's awake, alert, and in good spirits. This accelerated healing factor is strong enough that he has survived complete incineration and decapitation more than once. While normally his head has to be reunited with his body to heal a decapitation wound, Deadpool's brain cells are similarly affected, with dying neurons rejuvenating at a super-accelerated rate. It has been revealed that at the time he was given his healing ability, he was suffering from some form of cancer; this rendered both his normal cells and his cancerous cells unable to die, giving him a markedly scarred appearance beneath his suit. Despite his role as a psychopath and mercenary, Deadpool struggles mightily to be recognized by the world around him and sometimes aspires to be a noble and selfless hero. That is, until he gets bored or depressed and goes off to try any number of his complicated schemes and outlandish antics.

Deadpool is a very unstable person due to the side effects of his great healing powers, having personality changes from time to time. He frequently displays multiple possible mental disorders, including: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Manic Depressive Disorder, and recently, the onset of Schizophrenia. He appears to be in love with himself, and thinks that many women find him irresistible and attractive, despite often calling himself hideous. At some points, Deadpool can be very defensive about his appearance, going so far as to become extremely furious when someone removes his mask. He can also become enraged over other things; recently his anger towards others for seeing his true face seems to have softened significantly with Deadpool removing his mask in front of other people on a regular basis (mostly to demonstrate why he wears it).

Deadpool is always on the go, often impulsively saying random words and various pop culture references at the most inopportune times (e.g. using his favorite word 'chimichanga' or trying to mull over the Olsen twins' situation). He also has two voices in his head that converse with each other regularly. Deadpool speaks using his onomatopoeic yellow balloons, the first voice talks to a yellow box, and the second voice uses a white box. These comments are made about Deadpool's every move, much to his annoyance.

Wade Wilson was born and raised with numerous childhood issues and traumas in Canada. After trying not to commit suicide he was recruited into a secret Canadian government training program. However, after medical tests he learned that he had many cancerous tumors and could not be operated on without being killed. To solve this problem he volunteered for the Weapon X program which gave him a healing factor based on Wolverine. However this augmented his genetics and he was horribly disfigured due to the healing factor being bonded to him and increasing the growth of the cancer. He was labeled a failed experiment and was sent to the program's Dr. Kilebrew who was extremely cruel to his patients. This drove Wilson mad and he managed to leave the Weapon X labs with the decision in his mind to start a new life as a mercenary under the name of Deadpool due to the way he always won the game played by the interns who participated in guessing who was going to die in a certain period of time, his girlfriend died

Deadpool wears a red and black suit with large oval shapes around his eyes and a logo, which bears his image on the belt buckle. People who are not familiar with Deadpool will know that Deadpool wears a utility belt around his waist that contains a variety of weapons such as guns, knives, and grenades, he also has a few items that can give him an edge in battles, as well as a toy monkey. His tele is built into his utility belt, depicted as a small solid metal device that takes the shape of the brand's logo. He wears a harness around his upper body that keeps his two katanas strapped to his back in an X shape. Deadpool uses two swords and two fully automatic pistols in combat. He is a relatively fast character, with good attacks at range and up close. His specialties include firing his weapons rapidly at the opponent. His support attacks, jumps, and fires a fully automatic burst at the opponent.

Underneath his suit, Deadpool is scarred and deformed (the reason he keeps his mask). His appearance varies from being stiff, with uneven scars, or exposed muscles and bones. However, this could be justified by the fact that his healing factor has his body in a constant state of flux. He is tall and with a noticeable somewhat muscular body with somewhat strong arms, he has a large bulge, he is very sensual and flirtatious sexy.

He likes to draw and listen to music as well as eat candy and junk food.
