Fyodor ♥!

Fyodor Dostoyevsky (フョードル・ドストエフスキー, Fuyōdoru Dosutoefusukī?, Russian: Фёдор Достоевский, Fyódor Dostoyévskiy) is the leader of the Rats in the House of the Dead and a member of the Decadence of Angels.

He is a tall, thin young man with long, dark, messy hair that reaches his shoulders. His eyes are sharp and a dark purple color, giving him a tired appearance. He wears what appears to be a white button-down shirt and white pants; accompanied by a long black coat with white fur, and an ushanka hat. He also wears long red boots.

Personality
Displaying a calm and confident personality most of the time, Fyodor does not seem to fear his enemies, and boasts of being brave enough to allow himself to be captured by them. Despite being extremely arrogant, he is a straightforward and intelligent man with a truly sinister personality.

He refers to himself as someone who does the will of the Lord and always talks about the sinful nature of man. Ironically, Dazai calls him "Demon", saying that he had met Fyodor only once in the past.

His ability, Crime and Punishment (罪と罰つみとばつ, Tsumi to Batsu?, Russian: Преступление и наказание, Prestupléniye i nakazániye) consists of taking the body of the person who kills him.

It is the chapter "Resurrection" where the true nature of Fyodor's ability is revealed.
