Keigo Takami

Keigo is a man of average height and a thin, narrow build. He has ash-blond hair that is slicked back in a messy fashion, with some of the front strands sticking out in arches above his head. His eyebrows are noticeably thick and have a texture similar to his hair, and he has a light stubble on his chin.
Her eyes are golden brown and rather triangular, with two small black triangles just below her tear ducts and at the top corners of her eyes, making them resemble those of a bird. Her quirk grants her a pair of large, bright wings with red feathers. Though the size of her wings is somewhat inconsistent, they are shown to mostly reach above her head when folded.
His hero costume resembles an aviator's uniform; he wears a black shirt with a wavy gold pattern, over which he has a modified brown jacket with a high collar and slits over the shoulders to accommodate his wings; the inside and cuffs of the sleeves are lined with white fur, and black gloves. He has a red square-shaped lobe piercing in each ear, though these are rarely visible as he usually wears a pair of yellow ear-protector headphones over them. A rounded yellow visor (blue in the manga) protects his eyes, presumably from ultraviolet radiation above clouds and dirt particles at high speeds.

Keigo is shown to be very intelligent, both emotionally and logistically. He promotes a carefree and jovial attitude, while his constant vigilance is often hidden beneath layers of serenity and equanimity. Keigo acts in a relaxed manner while being on constant alert, usually speaking his mind and sometimes coming off as quite rude.
Keigo follows the orders of the Hero Public Safety Commission without hesitation, but with a subliminal cynicism. However, Keigo dislikes formalities, and often acts unpredictably, being arrogant and mocking. He acts in a carefree and joking manner, as he does not care about social status or recognition. Keigo uses a lot of sarcasm, such as when he calmly agrees when Katsuki Bakugo claims to have been faster, and reacts with an ironic adaptation when someone claims he is inferior.
Still, Keigo is said to be fierce when it comes to his duties as a Pro Hero, understanding the importance of a leader figure among all heroes following All Might's retirement. When around others he likes, Keigo is very talkative, and can casually carry on an extended one-sided conversation while helping dozens of civilians simultaneously in his area of ​​influence. He also states that he will always strive to get what he yearns for.
Keigo's cunning has been shown multiple times, as he outwits his surveillance monitors, as well as planning his actions in advance in order to have explanations for the Hood Incident. He is rational and more foresighted than other Pro Heroes, allowing him the best opportunities to go undercover. He has also shown his intelligence through his investigative work, being able to quickly deduce the truth behind One For All and its connection to All Might and Izuku Midoriya. He was then able to use his analytical skills to try and better understand One For All and All For One.
