Sasuke (Post guerra)

Sasuke tried his best to gain recognition from his family, but no matter how hard he tried, he was too far from catching up to his brother. Itachi, aware of this, tried to divert some of his father's attention to Sasuke, even offering to train him in various ninja skills. Although Itachi did manage to get Fugaku to spend more time with Sasuke, much of that time was still spent with Itachi, and the latter never kept his promise to train Sasuke, citing that he was busy that day.

As time went on, Itachi's standing in the clan began to decline as many began to question his trustworthiness. At this point, Itachi began to develop a more competitive relationship with Sasuke, challenging him to surpass him. Because of this change in Itachi's personality, Fugaku took a greater interest in Sasuke's development, teaching him the Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique, which he perfected in less time than Itachi had taken to learn it, making Sasuke now recognized as an official member of the clan. Furthermore, Fugaku ordered Sasuke not to follow Itachi's example, showing that he had lost trust in his firstborn. However, shortly after receiving the attention from his father that he so desired, Sasuke returned home to find the scene that would mark him for life: all of his clan members had been killed. Entering home, he found his brother, Itachi, standing over the corpses of his parents, who informed him that he was the one who killed them. Immediately, Itachi used his newly acquired Mangekyō Sharingan to show him how he murdered everyone. After having used his genjutsu on his younger brother, Itachi invited him to hate him and become strong so that one day he could take revenge on him, and then disappeared into the night. Just before his brother vanished, Sasuke activated the Sharingan for the first time and attacked the murderer with several kunais that

were all around him, managing to take away his protector, although it did not cause him any harm. Due to the physical and psychological damage that the young Uchiha had, he could not hold out any longer and fell unconscious, before he could see how his brother cried out of guilt.

From that day on, Sasuke's goal was to become stronger at any cost in order to one day kill his brother and take revenge on him for taking everything from him. He never knew that Itachi destroyed his entire clan with the help of the false Madara Uchiha on the orders of Danzo and the Third Hokage's advisors (an action that the Hokage opposed), since the Uchiha clan was organizing a coup d'état. With no choice, Itachi was left as the murderer of his clan, leaving it up to Sasuke to become stronger, but not with the goal of killing him, but with the goal that when they faced each other face to face again, Itachi would die at Sasuke's hands in order to give him a new power: the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. At first, Sasuke was the most popular boy and the best student at the academy (the complete opposite of Naruto), with a quiet and distant attitude. He managed to graduate with the highest average and was placed on Team 7, along with Naruto and Sakura. Naruto felt a great rivalry towards the Uchiha (although the latter did not see it the same way).

Team 7 is put in charge of Kakashi Hatake, who had a reputation for not having passed any of the genin under his charge. The jonin puts them to the test with a small challenge, which consisted of getting two bells off of him before noon. Sasuke was the closest to succeeding. While Kakashi was apparently distracted with Naruto, the Uchiha takes advantage of the situation and engages him in individual combat. Kakashi admits that Sasuke's skills are quite good, after the latter attacks him with the Fireball Technique (commenting to himself that fire techniques are extremely difficult to perform and, in addition,

They consume quite a bit of chakra (which surprises him, since the young Uchiha is barely a genin), but despite this, Sasuke fails to get a bell before noon. Kakashi reproaches the applicants for not having worked as a team and gives them another chance to get a bell from him.

Naruto, who is tied to a log for cheating on the test, is left without lunch and Kakashi warns Sakura and Sasuke not to feed Naruto. Ignoring the warning, the two give Naruto their food. Kakashi appears enraged that they have disobeyed his warning and tells them that they have passed, since by trying to feed Naruto, they have thought as a team. He adds that ninja who disobey the rules are scum, but those who abandon a friend are even worse than scum. And so, the three rookies become members of Team 7. Team Asuma, along with Rock Lee, intervene in the fight to help Sakura. Despite this, the Sound ninja prove to be too resilient and capable to adapt to the situation. At that moment, Sasuke awakens with an evil aura flowing through his body, which was marked by black embers, a result of the Cursed Seal. Sasuke then asks Sakura who hurt her, to which Zaku proudly takes the credit. Sasuke quickly attacks him in a fury and breaks both of his arms, displaying a sadistic and ruthless personality never seen before. Then, when he was about to do the same to the other two attackers, Naruto yells at him to please stop, causing him to stop.

Following Itachi and Kisame's failure to capture the Nine-Tailed Fox, Sasuke goes to see Kakashi. When he arrives at Kakashi's house, he finds that Kakashi is in a coma. Although none of the people in the room were willing to tell him what had happened, Aoba Yamashiro made the mistake of saying that Itachi Uchiha had returned to the village, this time in search of Naruto. Sasuke, determined to find Itachi and protect Naruto (mostly), set out on a search after the Akatsuki. Despite his best efforts, including the use of Chidori, none of Sasuke's attacks were able to harm his brother. The former tormented Sasuke physically and mentally with the use of Tsukuyomi. He tortured him by making him feel insignificant and weak just as he had done in the past before disappearing, then broke his forearm. Afterwards, Sasuke fell into the same state as Kakashi: trapped in a nightmare.

After the mission to the Land of Tea (anime only), Sasuke began to succumb to Orochimaru's temptations for more power and a desire for revenge against Itachi. While in the hospital, Sasuke challenges Naruto to a battle on the roof of the Konoha Hospital, after realizing that Naruto is outmatching him. After a few blows, both decide to use their most powerful techniques: the Rasengan and the Chidori, respectively. At that moment, they are stopped by Kakashi, who sends them both flying, causing their techniques to collide elsewhere. Sasuke, believing that his Chidori had done more damage, notices the water tank that is completely destroyed from behind, being shocked by the power of Naruto's Rasengan. Later, Sasuke is tied to a tree by Kakashi, using some wire ropes, while at the same time saying that he should not use the Chidori against his friends or companions. After that, Kakashi leaves, leaving Sasuke tied to the tree. At night, Sasuke is found by the Four

of Sound, who have been sent to take him to Orochimaru in Otogakure.

Sasuke activates his Sharingan and simultaneously activates his Cursed Seal and attacks Sakon, but is easily defeated by the latter, who throws him against a wall. At that moment, Sakon tells him not to feel special just because Orochimaru gave him a Cursed Seal, while the Sound Four show their Cursed Seals. Tayuya tells him to go with them, if he wants to use the true potential of his Cursed Seal; to which Sasuke agrees. As he is leaving Konoha, Sasuke is found by Sakura. The kunoichi begs him not to leave and that if he does, she will follow him. When this fails, Sakura confesses her love for him and asks him to allow her to accompany him, at least, but he disappears and reappears behind Sakura, thanking her and knocking her out instantly. Sasuke leaves the village and goes with the Sound Four. Outside the village, Sasuke takes some pills, and then enters a chest. The Sound Four use the Four Black Mists Formation to allow the Uchiha to reach the second level of the Cursed Seal. The next day, the Sasuke Recovery Team is formed.

Shortly after Sasuke awakens, he is in the second phase of his Cursed Seal. Naruto speaks a few words to him, but Sasuke runs off, being chased by his former teammate. After a while, they both arrive at the Valley of the End. Sasuke knew that Orochimaru wanted to make him his next body. Seeing Naruto, Sasuke reveals his intentions to kill him and obtain the Mangekyō Sharingan. Naruto refused to accept Sasuke leaving with Orochimaru and said that he would take him back to the village, even if he had to break his arms and legs. Sasuke puts on his Ninja Headband, and tells Naruto that he can't even scratch him, initially thinking that this statement was due to the intrinsic advantages of his Sharingan and Cursed Seal. When he managed to pierce Naruto's right shoulder with his Chidori, Sasuke is surprised, as he is healed by the Kyūbi's chakra. Naruto then punches him in the forehead, causing a massive surge of power due to the Kyubi's chakra. Sasuke tells Naruto that he simply cannot understand the loss of a family member, as he never had parents; to which Naruto replies that he is like his brother and refuses to let their bond be destroyed. Sasuke's Sharingan reaches its third blade; which tips the battle in his favor, since thanks to his Kekkei Genkai, he was able to predict Naruto's every move. Naruto creates massive amounts of shadow clones, which form a chain to hit Sasuke, but they are eliminated by a Fire Release technique, leaving the original Naruto face down on the ground, covered in ashes. However, as Naruto wraps himself in the Kyubi's chakra cloak, he begins punching Sasuke in the face, causing him to become engulfed in pain. Sasuke activates phase one of his cursed seal, lacking the power to defeat Naruto. At that moment, Naruto attacks him with the Tailed Beast Chakra Arms,

sending Sasuke and the statues crashing into the ground, leaving a large hole. In response, Sasuke activates phase two of his Cursed Seal, creating a dark Chidori, while Naruto creates a purple Rasengan using the Kyubi's chakra, both jumping and clashing their respective jutsus. Sasuke tries to kill the stubborn ninja with his right arm, grabbing him by the neck, and at that very moment, Naruto, using his left arm, manages to tear Sasuke's Ninja Band. After that, a giant dark ball is created. Inside the sphere, both find each other, remembering their lonely childhoods, as well as saying a few words to each other. There is even a flashback of them doing the Harmony Seal. When the sphere dissipates, Naruto and Sasuke are on the ground. Sasuke manages to get up a little, leaving his head next to Naruto's, having defeated him. The Uchiha decides not to kill him, as he wants to find his own way to surpass Itachi. Sasuke gets up, wounded and barely able to move, leaving his torn Ninja Headband behind as he leaves the Valley of the End towards Orochimaru.
Later, he is seen walking with Orochimaru and Kabuto. Orochimaru tells him that he is the chosen one. With an attitude of indifference to the sannin's comment, Sasuke tells him that the only thing that matters to him is to obtain the power he needs. Kabuto reacts before his surly response, exclaiming that, although he looks different, that man is still the same Orochimaru. The Uchiha turns and looks at Kabuto with disdain, at which point, the follower of the sannin realizes the level of his chakra. In the end, Orochimaru states that his future depends on the young avenger.

The new Kakashi team sets off to the place Sasori told them to, and it becomes clear along the way that Sai is a peculiar person, who soon becomes enemies with his new teammates. Upon reaching the Heaven and Earth Bridge, Yamato disguises himself as Sasori to fool the spy, who turns out to be Kabuto Yakushi. The spy is discovered by Orochimaru's appearance and reveals that he defected to the Sannin some time ago, and that he pretended to be under Sasori's influence to trick him into setting a trap. Naruto, enraged at Orochimaru for keeping Sasuke, unconsciously releases some of the fox's chakra, even revealing the fox's fourth tail. After forcing Orochimaru to flee due to the fox's great strength, Yamato manages to seal the fox's chakra back into Naruto with the Mokuton technique, which he inherited from the First Hokage for having once been the subject of Orochimaru's experiments.
Before Orochimaru could flee, Sai reveals himself to Danzō as a spy, and goes with him, as the old man wishes to forge an alliance with Orochimaru. The Konoha ninja pursue them and find Orochimaru's lair. Naruto, with his fellow infiltrators, catch Sai, but when he appears, the supposed traitor immobilizes Orochimaru's servant, Kabuto, allowing them all to go find Sasuke. Sai, who is the first to find him, reveals that his true mission is to kill him for being a danger to the village. After a large explosion exposes part of the underground lair, everyone else comes, and Naruto and Sakura encounter Sasuke, who is indifferent to them. He attacks Naruto, and even manages to completely neutralize the fox's chakra, leaving Naruto out of action. Sasuke, who was about to perform an unknown technique, is stopped by Orochimaru, who forces him to retreat, claiming that those from Konoha can be more useful alive so they can finish off the members of Akatsuki.

As Orochimaru lies in bed in severe pain, a Chidori spear pierces his arms. This spear turns out to be Sasuke's. But just as Sasuke thought he had Orochimaru trapped, Orochimaru expels his original White Snake form from his mouth. Orochimaru attacks Sasuke with the snakes that make up his body, but Sasuke manages to cut them off. Orochimaru prepares to attack Sasuke again, but ends up splitting his body into several parts, leaving him apparently dead. Sasuke lets his guard down and doesn't notice that Orochimaru's blood was emitting an anesthetic gas. Orochimaru rises from the ground and begins the Living Corpse Reincarnation ritual. Orochimaru begins to take over Sasuke's body.

Kabuto appears and sees Sasuke standing there. Kabuto asks if he's Orochimaru or Sasuke, and Sasuke shows him what happened in the ritual with the Sharingan, proving that it was Sasuke who absorbed Orochimaru. After that, Sasuke goes off to find allies. He first frees Suigetsu, who tells him that he'll accept if he helps him find the Kubikiribōchō, which he does. Later, they head to the Southern Lair in search of Karin. When Sasuke enters the lair, the prisoners are surprised to see him there. After walking for a while, he meets Karin. Sasuke asks her if she wants to join them, to which Karin replies with a resounding 'no'. Sasuke tells Suigetsu to free all the prisoners, which angers Karin. Sasuke asks her again if she's coming with them, and Karin says no. Karin says yes in a completely different mood and starts flirting with Sasuke. Karin then has a flashback to a mission she had with Sasuke. After the flashback, Suigetsu enters the room and they head off to the Northern Lair in search of Jugo. Karin warns them of the danger of entering the Northern Lair. Before they arrive, Sasuke notices that no one is watching. A prisoner appears and tells them that everyone has gone mad.

Another prisoner then appears in a menacing manner, but Sasuke kills him quickly.
Upon reaching the hideout, several prisoners are at the entrance. Sasuke asks Karin if Jugo is among them. She replies that he is not, and they then set out to defeat them. Sasuke opens the door to Jugo's cell and Jugo attacks. But Sasuke fights back with his Cursed Seal. Sasuke tells him that he just wants to talk to him, but Jugo refuses to talk and attacks him. Later, Suigetsu appears and starts fighting Jugo, but Sasuke ties them up with snakes and threatens them. This makes Jugo's urge to kill go away and he locks himself back in his cage. But upon hearing that it was Sasuke Uchiha, Jugo agrees to go with them. When they are all together, Sasuke says that they will move under the name Hebi. Their goal is to kill Itachi Uchiha. Later, Sasuke goes to an old hideout of the Uchiha Clan for weapons and medicine to prepare for battle. Hebi then disperses to get information on Itachi. While Sasuke is alone, Tobi appears before him as a distraction while Deidara attacks him from the sky. Sasuke attacks, but Deidara counters by attacking him with a C1, which Sasuke dodges. Deidara attacks again with a C2 and Sasuke dodges the different attacks, but that's when he falls into a bomb, although he dodges it by activating the second state of the Cursed Seal. Sasuke counterattacks by cutting off one of the C2's wings, making him lose his balance and fall onto the mines. But Deidara escapes. He begins to bite the clay with his own mouth and makes the C4. This seems to disintegrate Sasuke, but it was nothing more than a genjutsu and it appears behind Deidara, piercing him with the Chidori. But it turns out to be a clone and makes another C4. Sasuke manages to escape and makes the bombs not explode, making a Chidori to himself. Sasuke explains that everything he was doing up until now was to check whether the bombs exploded or not when the chidori did.

Sasuke makes his way to the Uchiha hideout, where Itachi told him they would fight. Halfway there, they encounter a clone of Naruto, but Sasuke easily makes it disappear. Before they reach the hideout, Kisame appears to make sure that only Sasuke gets through. Sasuke spots Itachi. They start talking and begin to fight using both genjutsu. Then, they start throwing many shuriken at each other, each intercepting the other's shuriken. Itachi easily manages to catch Sasuke. Itachi performs Tsukuyomi on him, but Sasuke breaks free from him. Itachi prepares to execute seals, but Sasuke intercepts him, throwing a shuriken at him. Both use the fireball, but Itachi, seeing that he was losing, uses Amaterasu. Itachi manages to hit Sasuke with Amaterasu, but Sasuke manages to escape by shedding his skin. Sasuke launches several fire dragons into the sky in order to create storm clouds. Sasuke takes advantage of this to concentrate the lightning and use the Kirin against Itachi. He avoids dying by making the Susanoo appear. Sasuke tries to draw more chakra, but since he has no more, he makes Orochimaru break free from his control and perform the Eight-Headed Serpent Technique, but it is sealed by Itachi. After sealing it with his sword, Itachi slowly approaches Sasuke, but, in the end, Itachi falls to the ground dead and Sasuke collapses as well.

He is healed by Tobi. The latter shows him his Sharingan, but Sasuke unconsciously throws an Amaterasu at him. Tobi makes the Amaterasu disappear and tells Sasuke that it was Itachi who transferred the Amaterasu to him to protect him. Sasuke is stunned by this. Sasuke, in the end, faints upon hearing the truth about Itachi. When he wakes up, he is tied up and Tobi tells him what really happened. He starts with the Era of War between Clans, of the countless battles of the Uchiha Clan against the Senju Clan, of his fight against Hashirama, of the creation of Konoha, of being betrayed by his own clan, etc... He also told him that the high officials of Konoha were the ones who summoned the Kyubi, and, as such, they planned to carry out a coup d'état, and hence Itachi's mission to eliminate the Uchiha Clan. Sasuke yells at Tobi that he is lying because he tried to kill him several times; Tobi replies that if he really wanted to kill him, he would be dead already. He tells him that he went to that extreme in order to seal Orochimaru and remove the Cursed Seal, but Sasuke does not believe him. In the end, Sasuke believes what Tobi says and cries in front of his newly renamed team members Taka, and tells them that their new goal will be to destroy Konoha. And thanks to the pain of losing Itachi, Sasuke awakens his Mangekyō Sharingan. He is staring at the full moon, remembering that night. Later, Taka, Kisame and Tobi meet in a room. Sasuke tells his goal to the Akatsuki, but they tell him that it is not as easy as he thinks. Tobi makes them an offer that if Taka collaborates with the Akatsuki, they will get the power of some biju as a reward. Tobi explains to Sasuke what they are, but also warns them that if they betray them, all four will die. Tobi sends them to the Land of Lightning to get the Hachibi. Once there, they ask a ninja where the Hachibi is hiding; he answers thanks to Sasuke's genjutsu. He also tells them how they can recognize it.

Back in the Valley of Clouds and Lightning, Taka encounters the Hachibi's Jinchuriki: Killer B. Suigetsu starts attacking him, but Bee intercepts him. Jugo then attacks, but Bee defeats him as well. Now it's Sasuke who attacks, but Bee counters his attacks. Bee goes on the offensive and attacks Sasuke with his swords.
Sasuke tries to counter their attacks, but is cut several times. Sasuke attacks with his lightning chakra-infused sword, but Bee uses the same technique and stabs six of his seven swords into Sasuke's body. Sasuke was rescued and healed by Karin, and the team decided to attack everyone at once. Although they were more successful, Killer Bee released a large amount of Hachibi's chakra, and created a shroud of chakra. Suigetsu comes to Sasuke's aid while Jugo beats Bee and Karin heals Sasuke. The three of them continuously attack Bee until Suigetsu catches him and Sasuke deals him a Chidori. Jugo tries to attack Bee, but Bee escapes and hides behind a mountain. Jugo manages to save him by fusing part of his body and chakra with it. Bee then fully transforms into the Hachibi. Bee tries to attack, but Suigetsu intercepts him by taking the form of a large body of water. Bee launches a Bijudama, which knocks Suigetsu unconscious. When everyone is desperate, Sasuke uses Amaterasu and knocks Bee unconscious. They then retrieve him and take him away. Once recovered from his fight against Killer Bee, Taka headed to Konoha, but they were intercepted by Tobi, who informed them about the destruction of Konoha and his failure to capture the Hachibi, managing to obtain only a transformed tentacle. He also told them that Danzō Shimura was the new Hokage and that he was at the top of the

Kage. Taka was taken to the Land of Iron, where the meeting was held, by the white half of Zetsu.
Taka managed to infiltrate the summit undetected, but Zetsu betrayed them on Tobi's orders, forcing them out of hiding. Sasuke counterattacked the samurai guards and slaughtered them, despite his no-kill policy, revealing how far he has fallen in the Curse of Hatred. Suddenly, a part of the roof of the place falls and the Fourth Raikage appears, along with his escorts C and Darui. Sasuke does not hesitate to go to attack, but Darui uses his Water Release: Water Wall followed by Lightning Release: Wave of Inspiration, causing him to retreat. After that, C uses the technique Lightning Beam: Illusion of Lightning Pillar, trying to blind Jugo and Sasuke, so A can hit Sasuke, but he had them under his genjutsu. Quickly, the Raikage and Darui approach to attack him. Suddenly, Suigetsu and Jugo intervene, saving him. Jugo uses his Sage Transformation. Unexpectedly, A hits him with a Full Speed ​​Punch, making a hole in his chest, making him think he is dead. To his surprise, Jugo uses his chakra cannons, but he manages to dodge the attack. Danzō was confident that he would be saved by the Izanagi. However, Sasuke had used a genjutsu to create the illusion that Izanagi was still active, allowing him to mortally wound him. Danzō, as a last resort,

Sasuke takes Karin hostage in an attempt to buy time, but Sasuke has no hesitation in fatally wounding him, along with Karin, in order to finish him off. With his revenge against Danzō fulfilled, Sasuke declared his plans to go to Konoha. However, Tobi noted that Sasuke was exhausted and his blindness was almost complete. He also told him to finish off Karin. As Sasuke was about to kill her, Sakura suddenly appears and interrupts him. She told him that she wanted to go with him, even if it means abandoning or destroying Konoha. Sasuke was skeptical of this, and told Sakura to kill Karin to prove that she was sincere with what she was saying. Thus, as Sakura hesitated, Sasuke set out to kill her, but is stopped by Kakashi. Naruto sympathizes with Sasuke's motives, but he does not hesitate to confess to his crime of killing Danzo. When Naruto stops Kakashi from killing Sasuke, the Uchiha uses this opportunity to once again attempt to kill Kakashi with the Chidori, but Naruto stops him with the Rasengan. Sasuke, after recovering from his surgery, asks Zetsu if he can take off his bandages yet. Zetsu tells him not yet, but when he does, he'll be looking for a new world.
