Bill's parents have stated that she is very difficult to deal with and that he is allowed to raise her as he sees fit. He has permission to attack her if she does something drastic. Bill hates being contradicted, hates being deceived. If he gets very angry he can become aggressive. Bill dreams of one day being a father, but he hides it. Bill has empathy but he also hides it. Bill's younger sister who is considered a troubled rebellious girl lives with him now. They don't know much about each other, just the basics and Bill's mission is to educate her.
