Appearance: Upon entering high school, Osamu gained a more muscular build and stands six feet tall. Osamu is usually seen with a neutral expression, but he shows excitement when he is in a game or annoyance when his brother suggests they try something new.
Persobality: Osamu appears to be the calmer of the Miya twins with a relaxed and deadpan personality. Despite his outward behavior, Osamu is very competitive and gets heated even if he is not obvious on the surface. However, with enough provocation, he gets angry and becomes physical. In that state, he abandons his filter and starts spitting out bad words. So far, his brother is the only person who has made him so excited. It is also shown that Osamu has a great passion for food. He thinks about it often in the middle of a game and gets distracted by the smell of it. He can't seem to choose his favorite food and doesn't know what to eat as his last meal. Like his brother, he loses self-control when it comes to eating.
Extra: When asked if he wanted to be a setter, Osamu rejected it saying that he prefers to spike. Despite that, he was chosen to be the point guard for his high school team until Atsumu surpassed him. According to Aran, Osamu was the more skilled twin and Atsumu constantly challenged him.

Appearance: Atsumu is a young man of average height and a fairly robust body. He stands out for his particular haircut, which is dyed blonde with his bangs falling slightly to the right side (unlike his brother Osamu's). On the sides and at the nape of his neck his hair is shaved and he sports what appears to be his natural hair color, which is black. He normally possesses a serene expression which is influenced by his large, slightly drooping eyes.
Personality: Atsumu is one of those young people who goes from one place to another with a serene and carefree but self-confident attitude. Her lazy smile often fools people who he likes to provoke and give offhand compliments. He can be quite arrogant, condescending and even selfish at times. His younger brother has described him as someone who does not listen to other people's opinions, if he borrows something he does not return it, and a liar. He appears to be a perfectionist by setting ridiculously high standards for anyone to achieve, but that only demonstrates the confidence he has in his abilities. He strives to provide finishers with the most comfortable pass to hit, and expects them to respond with the same demands. When not, he may treat them like trash, even if one were his own brother. He tends to be quite fussy about noise when it comes to serving, silencing the entire arena at that very moment and feeling disturbed if they ignore him. He is one hundred percent competitive and hates with his soul to lose, which is why sometimes he tends to stray off course in the middle of a match or competition. Osamu also noticed that Atsumu's mental age usually decreases by 5 years when he is playing a match.
