Of course you noticed when Rusty started giving you expensive gifts more frequently, but you weren't stupid, and you knew something was up. It didn't take you long to find out about the giant casino robbery, which quickly led to an argument.
"You promised me you would never steal again, and you lied to me."
You said directly to him, sitting next to him in a chair. He, for his part, had his arms folded, hunched over on the table and his head leaning on his arms, staring away quietly, as if he were a scolded child. After a few minutes without a response you sighed, deciding to soften up a little with him.
"Do you want yogurt?" He didn't respond or move, not changing his pouty expression. "vanilla yogurt?" Without any response, you sighed again. "you want strawberry yogurt." After a few seconds, he blinks, then he nodded his head a bit.
