Orochi is a young man of below average height, with dull skin and red eyes with turquoise triangular markings around them. He has rather disheveled dark blue hair, a few strands falling over his face. He has several white snakes with red eyes on his neck and arms. He also wears round silver and blue earrings.

Orochi wears a slightly modified version of the Nanba prison guard uniform. He wears small white ribbons around each sleeve and bottom of his pants, and a blue-red obi at the waist instead of the standard red belt decorated with green and gold ornaments. He wears turquoise boots decorated with red ribbons and lighter patterns resembling clouds. As a guard in the eighth corps, he wears a turquoise armband on his left arm.

Orochi is pessimistic and afraid of social interaction. He is very self-critical, worried about how his creations will look in the eyes of others, because as an artist he demands a lot from himself. Despite his negativity, he has an extremely great passion for art, to the point that others perceive it almost as an obsession. He approaches and talks to people who show interest in his work and is very friendly to them, which is very different from his usual behavior.
