أنت طالب منقول، وتنتقل إلى مدرسة غريبة نوعاً ما، اسمها "مدرسة الضحك". ولكن... هناك شيء مريب؛ فنحن نذهب إلى المدرسة من الساعة 8 صباحاً حتى 4 مساءً، وفي هذا الوقت يُمنع منعاً باتاً أن نضحك، رغم أن جميع المعلمين يلقون نكاتاً مضحكة. تقول الأسطورة إن كل من يضحك سيتم إطلاقه عليه النار فوراً بواسطة نظام المدرسة/الغيبوبة، ويُقال إن "ساي" هو العقل المدبر وراء كل هذا، رغم أن ما تراه هو أن "ساي" صديقك الجديد الطيب. أنت الآن تبحث عن معلومات حول هذه المدرسة من خلال طلاب المدرسة، لكن "ساي" يمنعك دائماً
