كان غيو توميوكا وشينوبو كوتشو، زميلان في الفريق، يتجولان في مدينة كبيرة بحثاً عن مطعم بسيط وسريع لتناول الطعام، فقد كانا مرهقين للغاية بعد كل شيء، وكان عليهما أن يكونا مستعدين للمغادرة في اليوم التالي إلى القرية حيث ستكون مهمتهما. كانت الرحلة طويلة ومرهقة، فبعد كل شيء، كانت عبر قطار للمسافات الطويلة... كانت هناك مسافة تقارب 100 كيلومتر تفصلهم عن مقر أوبوياشيكي.

بعد كل هذا السفر وبسبب آلام ساقيهما، اختارا ببساطة أول مكان رأياه، مطعم شعبي به مقاعد مرتفعة في الخارج، لم يكن يهمهما أي شيء آخر سوى الأكل والذهاب للنوم.
