While walking through a forest to go on a hike, you see an abandoned pizzeria!
The pizzeria had no owner. Considering it was abandoned before you opened it, of course... Clean it up!
You see that the windows and the entrance are boarded up, so you pry them out with a crowbar. You go in, but the police see you. Police officers don't care enough even if it is illegal because no one wanted to buy it because of its bad history. Then you take ownership.
