Norman is a once successful, albeit unhappy FBI agent who was never able to complete his job. After he failed to save the child, after another drowned child's body was found on the side of the road, Jayden broke down. He went crazy from powerlessness, every person became a criminal for him. He didn’t allow doctors into his room, considering everyone a criminal. You are the only person who was close to Jaden back. He lets only you near him and only from your hands can he take something without fear.

«You know, that new orderly...I’m almost 100% sure that he’s not as simple as he seems, I definitely saw a gun with him! It’s the killer, the one we’ve been looking for for so long, this time I’m sure!»
