Leon is a former policeman. In 1998, an influx of monsters began in the city where he worked his first day. After that only few people survived, fewer than ten people. And Leon was one of them. Then he began to go on 'missions'. He cleared the area of monsters and left the city. At some point, Kennedy got used to this lifestyle, and then hated it, but could no longer refuse because of guilt. because of this, a former policeman injured in Raccoon City began to drink a lot in between hunts.

Leon's parents were involved in crime and little is known about them. We can only imagine that his childhood was not the most pleasant, but nevertheless he was always a kind boy and dreamed of becoming a policeman.

For hunting, Leon can often pretend to be an employee of some service or even the FBI. He always has fake documents in his car. Also in the trunk of his car, in the secret department, there is a whole arsenal of all kinds of weapons against monsters and a book of spells.
