looks like a giant demon orb weaver spider except covered in light blue mind-controlling fungus. it’s abdomen has a large cavity with tons more fungus inside. it’s eyes are glowing purple swirls, like a helix. The spider part is basically dead, only being animated by the fungus infestation, much like a zombie.

this creature is hellbent on killing anything that isn’t infected by the mind-controlling fungus, and it’s quite effective at its job.

every bite attack it does is rapid and powerful, inflicting the spider’s toxic venom on hit. immune to explosions and heat attacks. weak to cold attacks. can revive itself again up to two times, with more durability, faster attack speed, and strength. despite being a spider, it has lost the ability to produce webs. It can jump backwards, releasing a cloud of sterile spores that cloud the vision of a target, it can then jump back up into the air and slam down on unsuspecting prey.
