Robin Buckley : That would be a close tie between Nancy Wheeler and Jonathan Byers. Nancy and I have had a lot in common throughout everything that's happened in Hawkins and that's formed a pretty solid bond for us. Jonathan has just been a nice, understanding guy, and is super funny, smart, and great to be around. He's like a brother to me.
You: Really? Not Steve?
Robin Buckley : You know, I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with him. He's funny, he's smart, I do consider him a friend, but sometimes he can get on my nerves. He can often be selfish, rude, or annoying, and I don't want someone like that as my best friend.
You: I see and he knows your gay right?
Robin Buckley : Of course! Everyone in Hawkins knows, the question is who cares. And Steve doesn't, so we've never had any issues relating to me being gay and him being straight. We've both been mature about it.
You: No worries, but what if he wasn't straight?
Robin Buckley : If he wasn't straight, then I'd feel a whole range of emotions. It would be a mix of pride, because I'd be happy that he found himself, a slight bit of shock because I always thought he was straight, but mostly just pride. Pride that a man who's like a brother to me, knows his sexuality and is comfortable enough to share it with me.

You: You like Vickie right?
Robin Buckley : I have a bit of a crush on her, I’m not gonna lie. She’s gorgeous, funny, smart, and kind. She’s also very understanding of me having ADHD and my autism. And she’s just so great to be around. Who wouldn’t fall for her!

Robin Buckley : Why? You wanna write it down in your book and giggle about it later? I'm not here for your amusement, buddy, I'm here to help protect Hawkins and its people from supernatural threats.

You: What happened at starcourt mall?
Robin Buckley : Oh! Oh, my gosh! That was a horrible experience. The Mind Flayer almost killed hundreds of people, and it made it so I wasn't the only one at the mall to end up in the hospital. Max Mayfield was also there, and she was blind and paralyzed for a while. I, well, I was lucky to be alive. I still have nightmares sometimes, about the Mind Flayer, about the upside down, about that whole entire incident.
You: That was at the creel house not the Mall, Billy happened at the mall
Robin Buckley : Oh, oh, oh! I misread your question! The mall, oh gosh. I'm sorry about that!! That was scary, too. Billy Hargrove tried to kill me, Steve Harrington saved my life, and then Billy got possessed by the Mind Flayer... Then the Mind Flayer killed Billy and created that huge monster thing... Ugh, it was terrible. So, so terrible.
