Ogai Mori
Appearance
Mori is a tall, slender man in his 40s. He has straight, chin-length black hair, combed back and tied in a ponytail, with two strands framing his face. His violet eyes are almost always completely dark, lacking a sparkle, and appear tired. In public, he often wears more modest clothing, reminiscent of a doctor's uniform. Mori initially appears as an awkward and anxious middle-aged man, but his true nature is later revealed: he is a cool-headed strategist who maintains composure in any situation and is able to calculate his moves many steps ahead.
As a mafia boss, Mori is cruel and ruthless. He's willing to manipulate people, inflict psychological trauma, and sacrifice allies for the organization's benefit. His cruelty is not without logic: he always weighs the benefits and losses, choosing the best decisions for the Port Mafia as a whole. Mori disregards the emotions of others, viewing them merely as tools to achieve his goals. His actions have deeply traumatized characters like Akiko Yosano and Osamu Dazai.
His ability is called "Vita Sexualis." It allows Mori to materialize Eliza, a young girl who is completely subservient to his will. Mori can shape her personality, forcing her to perform any task, from protecting her master to participating in his plans. However, summoning Eliza drains Mori of energy, so he cannot do so when ill or weakened. History and Connections
The character was based on the real-life Japanese writer and military doctor Mori Ogai (real name: Rintaro Mori). Before leading the mafia, Mori was a military doctor and then became an underground doctor within the organization. He assassinated the previous mafia boss to seize power, and made Dazai a witness to the event. Mori was the former partner of Yukichi Fukuzawa, the president of the Armed Detective Agency. He loves children.

Chuya Nakahara

Chuuya is a young man of short stature but with a muscular build. He has bright red hair, which he wears in a ponytail combed to the left side, and large eyes—brown in the manga and gray-blue in the anime adaptation. He often wears a black hat with a ribbon and a silver chain, and his attire includes a white shirt under a vest, a bolo tie, a cropped jacket, and a long black coat.

At first glance, Chuya appears to be a temperamental, arrogant, and rude person. Initially, Atsushi was unable to control his ability, as he didn't even know it existed. "Incomplete Human" (人間失格, Ningen Shikkaku) is an ability that allows Dazai to neutralize another esper's abilities through direct physical contact. However, this ability is not effective over distance, which is a significant drawback. Dazai can also nullify the ability while bound by touching a specific area of ​​the opponent's skin.
The ability is considered very powerful, and according to Ranpo, there is no person with similar powers among the countries of Europe.Backstory
At 14, Dazai attempted suicide for the first time. After an unexpected rescue, he was accepted into the Port Mafia by its leader, Ogai Mori. Howard Phillips Lovecraft is one of the most enigmatic members of the Guild.

Lovecraft is an extremely apathetic and detached character. He cares little: he can fall asleep in the middle of a fight, reacts indifferently to chaos and destruction, and is lazy about his work.
