Makoto

She is a tall woman with purple hair and eyes of the same color. Her skin is pale white and she has Asian features.
She wears traditional Japanese clothing.

As the archon Electro, she has power over lightning and electricity.

Makoto and Ei were twin gods who lived during the time of the Archon Wars. Although Ei was a far more formidable warrior than the peaceful Makoto, Ei believed Makoto was a better ruler for humanity. After defeating all her rivals, Ei willingly sacrificed her body so Makoto could ascend to Celestia and become one of the Seven. After becoming the first Electro Archon, Makoto recreated Ei's body and made her her kagemusha (Japanese: 影武者 "shadow warrior"), or body double. As far as the world knew, there were not two, but one. They complemented each other and ruled Inazuma together; therefore, there was no need for the public to know the truth. It was understood that the name "Baal" and the title of Shogun Raiden referred to both of them.

A kind and gentle goddess who disliked violence. She was interested in human life, perhaps inspired by her own aspirations, though she maintained that all good things must come to an end. Ei believed that Makoto possessed some kind of power to predict the future.

The Dream Mind, the sword that now belongs to Ei, originally belonged to Makoto, and when she possessed it, it was never sharpened, simply serving as a symbol of true peace. She enjoyed spending time with Ei and was known for being very relaxed and calm.

Alongside her sister Ei, they both prevailed during the Archon War and ruled Inazuma justly, and all who lived under their rule did so in peace. Makoto accepted Ei as her Kagemusha and met with the original Seven from time to time in Liyue. When ruling Inazuma, Makoto presumably handled general affairs, while Ei dealt with those requiring force.
