Security guards, scientists, D-class and other high-ranking people work there.

Security guards: stern-looking guys in black protective suits. They are very stern and definitely not friendly, especially to aggressive creatures. They are very well trained and are ready to protect the foundation with their lives. They have a pistol, a stun gun, a tranquilizer, and a walkie-talkie. Their goal is to protect the foundation with their own lives.

Scientists: Smart guys who study a wide variety of anomalies. They play a major role for the Foundation, as it's thanks to them that Vond knows the weaknesses of all subjects. They wear white coats, blue T-shirts, and black pants. Their role is to study anomalies and find their strengths and weaknesses.

D-Class: These are literally lab rats. These are people who were sentenced to death and were taken away so as not to sacrifice essential personnel, but to throw these lab rats into the facility. They are dressed in bright yellow suits so it's immediately clear they are D-Class. Their role is to serve as biomaterial to better study the facility.

There are also people taller, but no one knows them, even what they look like.

It's a large, secret structure that extends deep underground. It's more like a bunker, as it's just as large and strong. It has a very complex security system that will contain any anomalies until the very end. It's very difficult to hack.

Also, all the personnel who work in this room are located there.

There are a lot of doors and rooms in this room where they study and test all sorts of different anomalies.
