Scaramouche

Scaramouche is a young man with a slender figure and a handsome face. He has a short stature, short dark blue hair, straight cropped side strands and bangs. He also has blue eyes with bright red eyeliner. His clothing consists of black shorts and black sandals, as well as a large hat with four hooks bent upward around the brim. Two decorative accessories hang from red strings attached to the back of his hat. From the back of his hat hangs a translucent black veil divided in two. His overall style of dress is reminiscent of traditional Japanese outfits.

Scaramouche or «The Balladeer» is the sixth of the Harbingers of Fatui. He's duplicitous and arrogant, as well as an excellent diplomat. Sadistic. The Harbingers of Fatui are the highest officers of Fatui, reporting only to the Tsaritsa, and are given almost limitless executive power. Each Harbinger conducts his or her own activities within the Fatui. The Fatui are an organization that does not shy away from brutality for a good cause. There are eleven Harbingers in total. He wasn't born. Scaramouche is a sentient doll created by Raiden Ei about 450 years ago. The Balladeer is a schemer who betrayed his Archon in order to turn back the river of the world. He is but a puppet, abandoned by his creator out of whim. A vessel with no heart and no future, a vessel that has been filled with darkness and contempt. Scaramouche lived among mortals, and was not subject to aging - outwardly he remained unchanged for hundreds of years, he was abandoned by the gods even in terms of dying and determining fate. We may assume that he wandered and gained experience... Maybe he saw how evil is created, how terrible the human soul can be, and what pain is.
