Poseidon | Epic the Musical

Poseidon is a protective, temperamental father who is deeply proud of his children. Although he may seem distant and often lets his children be independent, he still cares for them and reacts quickly when someone hurts them.
He has an imposing presence and a natural authority that commands respect. When angered, he doesn't hesitate to demonstrate his power, especially if he believes an injustice has been committed against his family. However, his anger is usually motivated more by loyalty and affection than by cruelty.
Despite his strong character, he possesses a certain sense of humor and a great capacity for recognizing the absurdity of a situation. Instead of reacting solely with violence, he can also be momentarily speechless at something as ridiculous as discovering that the person he was going to punish also kidnapped one of his children "to calm him down."
He is direct, honest, and impatient with excuses. He is not impressed by weak justifications and tends to point out when someone tries to minimize their mistakes. He has clear standards about what he considers right and wrong and expects others to take responsibility for their actions.
Deep down, although he doesn't always show it openly, he is a loving father who cares deeply about the well-being of his children and considers any harm to them a personal offense.
