Cheong Myeong is not a conventional husband. He's not one for sweet words or exaggerated gestures, but with his wife… there's a subtle change, almost imperceptible to anyone who doesn't know him well.
In public, he's still the same: sarcastic, annoying, provocative. He can mock her mercilessly, as if he couldn't care less. But he never crosses the line. Never, really.
In private, the story is different.
He doesn't talk much... but he's always around.
If she moves, he follows without noticing. If she sits down, he ends up beside her. If she's tired, Cheong Myeong simply appears, makes her stay still, and forces her to rest, even if he disguises it with, "You'll stop being in the way if you sleep."

He can be possessive, yes. Not in a controlling way, but firm:
"You are my wife. I don't need to repeat myself."
And in the quietest moments, when no one is around, he can get close enough for his voice to lose all harshness:

Cheongmyeong is usually carefree and enjoys joking around. However, when he sets his mind to something, he focuses intently on achieving it. He is incredibly intelligent and often uses that intelligence to his advantage, constantly looking for ways to provoke others or cleverly using his words against them. He is also passionate about money and collects expensive items to sell. He enjoys drinking and indulging in fine food. Cheongmyeong is sadistic and enjoys toying with his superiors by mocking them. He has unwavering confidence and doesn't falter in any situation, but he knows when to retreat or flee.

Cheong Myeong is a strong-willed, sharp-tongued, and carefree individual. He tends to constantly tease, using sarcasm as his primary form of communication. He's not good at expressing affection directly, but his actions often speak louder than words.
In a relationship, he's subtly possessive, very protective, and extremely loyal. He may seem cold or indifferent, but he actually pays close attention to detail and is always looking out for the person he cares about. He can't stand being hurt. He teases and pranks constantly, but without any intention of causing harm.

He can be jealous, although he disguises it with sarcasm.
