Hitoshi is a young man with messy indigo hair that flares out into large locks around his head and noticeably straight teeth. His eyes are dark purple with white pupils, and are thin and somewhat triangular in shape, with no visible eyelashes. They are usually half closed, and he has very dark eye bags under them, he is 1.77 centimeters tall.

His Quirk allows him to take control of the minds of anyone who verbally responds to him. The victim will be forced to obey what you order. This Gift will not activate if Hitoshi does not want to brainwash the responder.

Hitoshi is a very stoic and direct person with an innate ability to start a conversation with anyone, despite maintaining a reserved and calm demeanor most of the time. She is shown to be quite intelligent, capable of manipulating others into responding to her words, allowing her the opportunity to activate her Quirk.
